We went to Pegasos World, Side, Turkey last October and loved it so much we couldn't wait to go back, so returned in May 2022.
We went in a group including one adult along with an an18 year old, 17 year old and an eight year old, staying in a two bedroom suite with a balcony. We chose to go all inclusive, as we feel it saves a fortune on drinks and snacks.
Pegasos World
Pagasos World has an onsite waterpark, huge pools, children's pools, entertainment day and night and a private beach with watersports. We used all of them and would give everything a strong 9 out of 10.
Side
Side town is a lovely small local town just five minutes away. We went at night and found the shops are open until midnight, some of the ground is glass near the harbour so you can see the old ruins. We also did quad bike safari, buggy safari, jeep/watertight safari, boat trip/scuba diving and in October went to Land of Legends.
Eating out
A lot of the local restaurants will pick you up from the hotel and take you back but bus is about 40p each and taxi a fiver at most. We also had a private transfer from the airport to the hotel and back as much easier.
What did the kids think?
My kids absolutely loved it there as there's something that suits everyone so everyone is happy.
We would go back in a heartbeat. We've now been twice just seven months apart.
I honestly can't think of any improvements needed, the staff are amazing so if you tell them what you need they'll sort it immediately.
I'd recommend the resort and definitely the excursions as we used the same company three times now (previously been to Eftalia Aqua) and been amazing to us and I definitely recommend going into Side for a wander.
My youngest is autistic and even he enjoyed every minute and everyone was so good with him.
